Oscar slid into Lechonk's fashionably late--or perhaps on time? He assumed he would be the last one there given his commute from Mauville, but as he approached their reserved table he found it to be less crowded than expected. Fine by him, he always hated being tardy to a party.

Oscar opened his arms in greeting, approaching his comrades with a nonchalant swagger and spring in his heel. "Well ain't this beautiful!? How's it going friends? Sorry I'm late, it's a fuckin' hassle getting over here."

Oscar took a seat, positioning himself to face his fellow Rockets for easy conversational eye contact. He greeted each with a cheerful nod as he removed his suit jacket and hung it on the back of his chair. He did not recognize two of the people in attendance, but he looked upon them warmly nevertheless. As Oscar settled in he would clap his together, "How is everyone, have I missed anything?"
